The two collaborated on “If Anyone Falls,” “Nothing Ever Changes,” and “Nightbird,” forming a songwriting partnership that has continued to present day. Stevie met singer-songwriter Sandy Stewart through producer Gordon Perry. One was the first tracks to be recorded was “Wild Heart,” a song inspired by Heathcliff and Cathy’s relationship in Emily Bronte’s 1847 novel and 1938 film adaptation Wuthering Heights. It starts with Nicks singing a rendition of " Love in Store", a song by Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie. The video was recorded during a Rolling Stone photo shoot in 1981. When Nicks played the song to her friend Tom Petty he said it was "epic" The song is over six minutes long. She made several changes to the lyrics of the song, such as an introduction dedicated to her then recently deceased friend, Robin Anderson.
